TVXQ (2003-Present)

TVXQ joined SM as a 5 member group, consisting of Hero Jaejoong, U-Know Yunho, Micky Yoochun, Xiah Junsu, and Max Changmin. But Jaejoong, Yunho, and Junsu left the group for injunction and reformed as the group “JYJ” in July 2009. Now, the group only consists of 2 members.

TRAX (2004-Present)

A South Korean rock band formed in the summer of 2004 by S.M. Entertainment and formerly produced by X Japan’s co-founder Yoshiki. The name “TRAX” refers to “recording tracks”, but also stands for the first letter of each original member’s stage name, Typhoon of the Rose Attack on X-Mas. Originally a nu metal/rock band, they changed to a straight pop sound when drummer Rose left in 2006 and Attack “quietly disappeared from the group”

The Grace (2005-Present)

The Grace (AKA CSJH The Grace) debuted with SM in 2005.The group consists of Dana, Sunday, Lna, and Stephanie. However, in 2011, the group made sub group consisting of only Dana and Sunday stylized as THE GRACE-DANA&SUNDAY with their song “One More Chance.”

Super Junior (2005-Present)

Girls’ Generation (2007-Present)

Girls’ Generation, or SNSD, debuted with SM in 2007 with all nine current members. SNSD recently made their US TV appearance on ‘David Letterman’ and ‘LIVE! With Kelly’ on January 31, 2012 and February 1, 2012, making headlines all over the world. The group consists of Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany, Sooyoung, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Seohyun, Yuri, and Yoona. Their most recent album is ‘The Boys’ in October 2011.

EXO (2012)

EXO is a twelve-member South Korean-Chinese boy group under SM Entertainment, formed in 2012. EXO is divided into two subgroups, EXO-K and EXO-M, promoting in South Korea and China separately. There is still debate over the number of members in each subgroup: theories differ between having 6 members in each, or EXO-K having 8 members and EXO-M having 4 members.
